Tattoo location advice help?

I am getting a tattoo and im not sure exactly where i want it. I cant get it on the lower part of my back because i promised my dad i wouldnt. I 100% have to keep my promise because he ped away in 05. So, what i want is a small green leaf that has just fallen into the water and above it says "Dad: fallen but never forgotten." i dont want blue water just the ripples. And maybe a few other unnamed leaves in the background. what i want to know is where the best place would be to get it and it has to be able to be hidden because im in nursing school...help!
