Do you think Vernon Gholston should stay at WOLB in Mangini's 3-4 Defense, or should he spend more time at DE?

He should play where he is most productive, and that is at the DE position. His power will allow him to push OTs back and get good into the backfield. Remember, Jake Long gave up one sack all year, and that was to Big Vern. Throughout his career at Ohio State he developed some very effective moves and a quick first step that will allow him to get past offensive lineman and into the backfield. DE should be his position, but I could see him being effective at WOLB too.
