AHHH I AM SO FRICKIN ADHD-HOW CAN I CONTROL IT?

I think you need to reduce your intake on caffeine lets say from 4 cups of coffee to 2 cups of coffee/redbull whatever it is you do. caffeine can make a person become very anxious and cause them to lose focus because they are so jacked up. I know you said it helps you concentrate but its not really suppose to help you concentrate, it is suppose to help you stay awake... just get more sleep and take less caffeine and see if that works... also I thought most colleges have student services where they can let you talk to doctors since they already charge you in your tuition.
