Sony Amp kicking out when the b is to high....?

I have a Sony Xplod 1400 watt Mono Amp (600 watt RMS @ 2 ohms), 2 Kicker Comp VR CVR12-2 12" 800 watt competition VR series dual voice coil 2 ohm car subwoofers (400 watts RMS), 1.5 Farad Digital Capacitor, Fosgate 800 watt Amp wiring kit......Everything was installed from my local bestbuy store, currenetly i have my b and sub settings at -3 on my deck...if i try n turn that up to say even at 0 and turn up the volume i can only go alittle under 3/4 and the amp kicks out and i have to shut the deck off n back on again to get the amp running again....now i would love to be able to jack it up as high as poss without it kicking off on me, its becoming a pain in the **** if u get my drift lol.....any ideas on how to correct this issue would be great....thanks in advance for the answers :)
