What are some great colleges for me to look into?

I will tell you that your SAT scores are the only thing holding you back (being that you haven't taken it yet). If you do really well on that and your SAT IIs, I would say you should apply to the Ivy Leagues and maybe a couple of safety schools. You are definitely what Ivy Leagues (and other top schools like Stanford) are looking for. They look very favorably on valedictorians from whatever high school. Good luck.
