Do you have to be extremely smart to be a doctor?

i want to be either a pediatric oncologist or a pediatric oncology nurse. right now i'm in 8th grade and I'm definitely not the smartest person! i have mostly on level cles and make mostly a's but some b's in them. i'm taking all honors cles next year but on level math because i suck at it. do i still have a chance at becoming a doctor?
