What do I need to do?

My sons mother moved with no notice. She is the custodial parent. Now I have no way of finding my son for my scheduled court ordered visitation. I really cant afford to hire a lawyer at this point. What options do i have. I was hoping to work this out between us,but have waited for contact for over a year now with no info.
