Uhhhh plz help..plz..?

i need help finding out where to start reading magna for naruto and bleach...i've seen the naruto shippuden till ep. 53 and almost all the bleach ep. subbed..so where do i start and where can i find magna?..also i need some opinions on which anime to start watching..so if ya could help me out that'd be great :D
