I want to play a song on the guitar one full step lower. It's the End Of the World... By REM.?

I can find the song on the internet and it's a just a few simple chords, but I really want to play it in a lower key (one full step lower). I am not really a guitar player and don't know all that much music theory. If someone could just tell me what the chords would be to play it lower (even if it requires strange tuning) that would be awesome.
