I have uncomfortable pain in the lower leftside of my back. what can it be? i cant sit comfortable in any way.?

i wonder if it might be appendicitis. the doctor told me that i mightve had a symptom. but that was a long time a go. i guess i will have to save up money to go to the doctor since i dont have insurance.
