Could someone give me an example of ecological succession?

A good example of succession is when a new island arises from volcanic activity in the ocean. This is a piece of land that has never supported life (basically a solid chunk of rock). The first things to colonize the island might be things like bacteria, fungi, moss, and lichen (things that are wind dispersed or wash up on shore from the ocean). As these things die, they slowly build up an organic soil layer. Once soil is form, vascular plants can begin to establish. These plants can now support insects and other animals. Eventually woody plants, like shrubs and then trees will become dominant. The final stage of succession is a climax (old growth) forest! This is a simple example of primary succession.

Just because his glands were expressed doesn't mean he's completely out of discomfort. It's possible the groomer didn't do it right, maybe they didn't completely empty the fluid, or maybe he had an infection before you solved his problem. Let him scoot for now, but if he's still uncomfortable in 24 hours maybe you should consult your groomer, or even the vet.

I just moved in a new residence and really weird things happen to me?

i've been 2 days here and i become very very forgetful that i miss meals and unknowingly throw away important stuff as trash e.g. office papers, even money! then when i read text messages it would take me a minute to figure who the sender is like "who the hell is john!!!" only to realize a couple minutes later he's my brother LOL. it scares me cuz its really weird and i just might see a doc tomorrow. this is the first time. anyone who happens to know or has experienced something like this? what's this called? any inputs are welcome. oh and this happens at home only. im perfectly normal at work.
